Search “healthy lunch Cutler Bay” and Google hands you three TripAdvisor lists, two OpenTable pages — and, at the top, a directory page for a place called Smoothie Spot Cutler Bay at 20714 US-1. Funny story about that address: it’s ours.
First, the name thing
Smoothie Spot became Phat’s Kitchen — we wrote about the relaunch — same corner of US-1, same kitchen, new name and a much bigger board. The directories haven’t all caught up, so if you drove past looking for the old sign: you found us. The smoothies you remember didn’t go anywhere; they brought friends.
The actual healthy-lunch math on US-1
| Budget | The move | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| $9.99 | Baked Potato Stacker | Whole potato + protein + 2 toppings + dressing |
| $10.99 | The Caesar or Chicken Bowl | Signature salad, or 6-topping build with dressing |
| $14.99 | The Burrito | Steak, rice, beans, pico, corn — two-hands heavy |
| $15.99 | The Phat Attack | The signature: steak, spinach rice, plantains, burrata |
Add a 24g protein smoothie from $8.50 if lunch is doubling as post-workout — the Cutler Bay location sits minutes from every gym on this stretch of US-1.
What the directories can’t tell you
TripAdvisor knows star ratings; it doesn’t know that the You Build It line prices by protein with toppings included, that the Stackers are the best food-per-dollar south of Kendall, or that everything comes off an open line you can watch. For the neighbors doing the sit-down thing, True Food Kitchen up the road is legitimately good — different mission, different bill.
